Architecture

Crafted by renowned master land planners , the Del Pacifico community is ideally located in the beautiful coastal town of Esterillos Este, Costa Rica. This beautiful village on the Pacific Coast Highway has just recently been “discovered” as an upscale alternative to nearby Los Sueños and Manuel Antonio.

Costa Rica’s natural topography and vegetation influenced each and every design decision in our facilities. The hills and ridges of Las Colinas and Los Campos have been set aside for luxury villas and condominiums. The design for the Oasis and Canales land parcels is to provide physical and visual connections to the beach. Lots in the Oasis and Canales range from ¼ acre to over 1 acre. To ensure the best community possible, Del Pacifico has instituted building requirements on each lot sold and has an onsite construction company to ensure that construction standards are maintained.

Del Pacifico at Esterillos is sensitive to the ecological issues concerning development and also features low-density development and preservation of environmentally sensitive areas.
